Everything was simply great. Had really great stay with one extra night, the staff were obliging, location was amazing away from the historical town centre. The breakfast was tasty, included cheese and meats.

A difficulty when manipulating with the car (for buggage loading e.g.), which is in the same time interesting due to the specifics of the Sirmione old town architecture

The hotel is located in a marvellous and stunning spot, just a walk away from a boat dock. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, such as Ristorante l'arcimboldo, which is only a 5-minute walk away. - the rooms are spacious with high attic-type ceilings. - For breakfast, the hotel serves cheese and meats.

The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a beautiful balcony view. the staff were genuinely helpful and provided us with a good stay. - the hotel is located in a prime location, just 1 km from the Grottoes of Catullus.

Modern, comfortable and conveniently located hotel at a great price. Staff was also very helpful.
Design of the shower was a little weird - there was no door. Interesting and modern, but the bathroom was like a little monsoon after each shower.

Great location-literally overlooking one of our favourite restaurants in gorgeous Sirmione. Helpful staff and lovely buffet breakfast.The lake views seemed to be from the top floors-but looking over the bustling street was fine-no noise at night and air con worked a treat
Wish they had told us we could park outside hotel! they have a couple of spaces but we did our usual and trecked from the car park-no real problem as hotel gave us a pass to pay with at end of trip and then a pass to drive into town to collect cases etc.
